 A request for a special use permit to allow for the establishment of a 1800 sq. ft. private club—Speakeasy business-- within an existing 3800 sq. ft. building located at 128 Main Street.  The new business will be accessed from Main Street through a hallway to the basement level business. A "private night club" requires a special use permit.  The projected seating is for 40-50 people max at any given time. There is no kitchen proposed.
