The city council approved an 86 unit single-family residential community on 44.45 acres (PID# 207481 & 207492) in December of 2016. The property owners changed hands and the new owners have continued through the development review process since 2018, that includes special coordination with Norfolk Southern for the railroad crossing and time extension requests with the city.

- Pre-construction meeting and release for grading-- Complete; Grading Permit issued 9/23/2021. Under full construction.
Architectural plan review: The architectural plans have been posted below for a minimum 30-day review period per condition of approval. Please see detailed elevations of all sides of the homes below.

- Company comment - We desire the best streetscape possible and will use 3 elevations for each house with 5 different exterior colors for each home. We have vinyl plank floors throughout the houses, LED lights, window blinds, and quartz countertops with tile backsplash. We use Hardy plank boards for our exteriors with stone and or brick accents and every home will have a black aluminum fenced in rear yard.
