MDP2022.03 -- Central Park South -  APPROVED

A request to develop a 11 lot single-family residential community on 6.10 acres located on Central Avenue between South Main Street and Keener Blvd.  The site consists of two existing parcels (126852 & 302238), both vacant.

• Sketch Plan  Approved
  
• Traffic Study - Not required; however, NCDOT did require conditions
  
•  Major Development Plan Submittal- June 14, 2022
• Community Meeting - July 7, 2022 at 6 pm at First Presbyterian Church at the corner of Central and S. Main St.
  
• Planning Board Meeting - Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 6:30 pm
  
• City Council Public Hearing--  December 5, 2022.   PROJECT APPROVED.
