Belmont Abbey Dormitories

SKP2022-01/MDP2022.01

A request to develop two-dormitories.  Each dormitory is proposed to be 4-stories in height and 42,338 square feet in size.  These student housing units are proposed to be located within the college campus and is part of the long-term effort to replace aging on campus housing.

  • Sketch Plan  - Conditional Approval 2/24/2022
  • Traffic Study - Not Required
  • Major Development Plan Submittal --2/24/2022
  • Community Meeting - March 7th at 6 pm -- See Notice Below
  • Planning Board Meeting - Thursday, March 17th, 2022
  • City Council Public Hearing--  Monday, April 4th, 2022 - APPROVED
