Special Use Permit - SUP 2020.02
A request to subdivide an existing 1.52 acre lot into three lots with lot widths less than the block average or within 300 feet. The property owner/applicant is required to obtain approval of a special use permit in order to create lots less that the average lot width pursuant to section 5.4(2) of the Land Development Code. The intent is to demolish the existing home (fire damage), subdivide the lot into three 60-foot wide parcels, and construct three new homes.
