No, we can’t process payments by phone.  We provide several different payment options. How do I locate my account number?

Your account number is located at the top of your water bill. Don’t forget to include the “-0” at the end when logging into your account at www.belmont.watersmart.com.

How do I dispute a ticket?

If you wish to dispute a parking or code enforcement citation, please contact the supervisor over the officer or employee who issued the citation.  In order to dispute a state citation (i.e. traffic violation/ticket) you mush contact the district attorney’s office.
