A request to establish a 1800 sq. foot private club within an existing 3600 sq. ft. building located at 128 N. Main Street.  The private club is proposed to operate as a private speakeasy business accessed from Main Street however located in the lower level of the building.

Project Status:

    • Plan Submittal - Complete application.
    • Public Notice for Public Hearing- December 20, 2021
    • City Council Public Hearing  Date-  January 3, 2022 at 6 p.m. ---APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS
