Recreation Center

The City of Belmont has approved a request to rezone parcel ID#222095 (16.72 acres)  from Business Campus Development to Institutional Campus Development Conditional Zoning (IC-D/CD) district to accommodate a 42,500 square foot public Recreation Center as part of the City’s municipal campus.  The campus will consist of the CityWorks building (existing), recreation center, surface level parking, and a connection to the future Abbey Creek Greenway.
