For your convenience, there are drop boxes located behind our City Hall building at 115 N Main St and in the parking lot of our City Works building at 1401 E Catawba St.
Automatic Draft
You can request to have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account by clicking here. If you have any questions please call 704-825-5586.
Avoiding Disconnection
To avoid disconnection of water service, your full bill amount must be paid no later than 5pm on the 25th of each month. Any accounts that make payments using the dropbox or online after 5pm on the 25th will still be subject to the $50 delinquent penalty fee and may be considered for cut-off.
