Request: a request to amend chapter 4 of the Land Development Code (LDC) to increase parking pad requirements for street lot houses.

Background: staff initiated this amendment to clarify parking area requirements for single-family houses without garages

Project Status:

  • Planning Board:  April 15, 2021 at 6:30 pm. - Recommended approval to city council
  • City Council Public Hearing - May 3rd, 2021 at 6:00 pm. - Unanimously voted to approve amendment
