Major Development Plan: MDP 2022.06 (Previously Sketch Plan: SKP 2022.02)

A request to subdivide approximately 14 acres into a single family home subdivision containing 36 lots. Applicant plans to proceed with review and is seeking approval as a Major Development Plan.

    • Planning Board- Thursday, October 20th, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. √
    • City Council Public Hearing -  Monday, November 7th, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. √ APPROVED
