TA 2020.02 Amendment of Various Chapters of the LDC

Amendment of Various Chapters of the LDC: a request to amend various chapters of the LDC to change the name of the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to Special Use Permit (SUP) consistent with state law.  This amendment also includes the ability to request for temporary institutional housing through the special use permit process.

The public hearing was held on May 4, 2020 and the project was approved.
