The City of Belmont has received a conditional zoning request for parcel ID#126708 (0.43 acres) to develop a mixed-use building with +/- 3900 SF of office/commercial space on the ground level, and 9 dwelling units (7 two-bedroom, 2 one-bedroom) on the upper levels.

Project Status:

  • Sketch Plan Application Filed
  • Zoning Map Amendment Application Filed
  • Community Meetings- scheduled for Monday, June 30th
    • In-Person: Drop-In style meeting from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on-site (next to 201 S Main Street)
    • Virtual: Zoom meeting from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm- email curtis@lenoxdevelopment.com with your name, address, and phone number for meeting information.
      • If you are unable to attend, you may email your comments or questions directly to the contact above so that the team can address them during the meeting. Questions and responses will be included within the community meeting minutes and added to the project webpage.
