    • Zoning Application & Schematic Plan Submittal - Major Developement Plan
    • Community Meeting -October 18, 2022
    • Planning Board - February 15, 2024 at 6:00 pm (CityWorks; First Floor Community Room)
    • City Council Public Hearing - March 18, 2024 at 5:00pm (Location TBD) Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 6:00 PM (CityWorks; First Floor Community Room)


Per NCGS 143-755, the applicant has elected for the proposed development to be reviewed using the Land Development Code (LDC) in place at the time of initial submittal in May 2017.
