Chronicle Mill Site

APPROVED - Conditional Zoning ZA 2019.03 Chronicle Mill

An application has been received for conditional zoning approval for the Chronicle Mill site.  A large portion of the existing mill building will be redeveloped with a combination of commercial, office, and residential spaces.  A new building is proposed with residential dwelling units and future townhomes are proposed at the SW corner of Catawba and First Streets.

Project Status:  Approved pending submission of Construction Plans for review and approval.
