APPROVED - Conditional Zoning ZA 2019.03 Chronicle Mill
An application has been received for conditional zoning approval for the Chronicle Mill site. A large portion of the existing mill building will be redeveloped with a combination of commercial, office, and residential spaces. A new building is proposed with residential dwelling units and future townhomes are proposed at the SW corner of Catawba and First Streets.
This item is scheduled for the October 24, 2019 Planning and Zoning Board meeting and the November 4, 2019 City Council meeting agenda.
