Conditional Zoning ZA 2019.05 Acme Mill Site

A request to establish a conditional zoning district to allow for the development of two large light industrial buildings on 40 acres.   The building to the west of the railroad tracks is proposed to be a 395,000 sq. ft. building and the building to the east is proposed to be a 188,000 sq. ft. building.  Both buildings are targeting light manufacturing and distribution type uses.

This project will require to be heard by the Planning Board on Thursday, October 24th at 7 pm and the City Council on Monday, November 4th at 6:45 pm.  Both meetings will be held at City Hall.  Please see public notice below for more information.
