Draft Final Plan Ready for Your Review!

Once again it's your turn to review the draft Comprehensive Land Use Plan.  We are moving into the adoption process phase and asking the Belmont community to put the final touches on our Plan.

This Draft Plan is the product of over 12 months of working with the community.  "I want to acknowledge the residents, business owners, and community partners, who have helped bring us to this point," said Mayor Martin.  "I encourage you to review this initial draft and give us your input.  The public comment period, between February 12 through February 23rd, is an opportunity to help refine the community's final vision for Belmont." The final draft plan will be presented to the Planning Board and City Council in a public workshop in March.
