Belmont Parks and Recreation Department hosts the town's fall festival in Stowe Park and on Main Street where nearly one hundred vendors selling handmade crafts, jewerly, art work, and businesses and civic groups promoting their products come together. Musical entertainment on the gazebo stage offers a variety of local and regional talent. The Children's Area provides inflatables and carnival games for the children.
