The Belmont Parks and Recreation Department hosts the 21st annual Older Americans Day where Belmont senior citizens are treated to a free meal and musical entertainment.

Held at the Park Street United Methodist Church Family Life Center

Free to all Belmont Senior Adults. Hamburger and Hot Dog lunch and live entertainment by musical group "Mark Templeton and New Vision".

    Nationally the month of May is Older Americans month and in 1987 the City of Belmont picked the first Saturday of May to celebrate her senior adults.
