Online Bill Pay

To pay your bill, the following options are available:

Please always make a note of your confirmation number. Also, if on or close to your cut-off date please call 704-825-5586 and provide your confirmation number to prevent disconnection.

Pay by Credit Card

1. Click here to visit the online payment page. The page will open in a new browser window.
2. Select the Local Payments option.
3. Enter the jurisdiction code, which is 3959.
4. Click the Make a Payment button. This will automatically select North Carolina and Belmont, City of for you.
5. Select the bill you want to pay from the Payment Type drop down box.
6. Click the Make a Payment button, and follow the on-screen directions.

Pay by Electronic Check

1. Click here to visit the online payment page. The page will open in a new browser window.
2. Click the Make a Payment button to continue.
3. Select the Local Payment option.
4. Enter the jurisdiction code, which is 3959.
5. Click the Make a Payment button. This will automatically select North Carolina and Belmont, City of for you.
6. Select the bill you want to pay from the Payment Type drop down box.
7. Click the Make a Payment button, and follow the on-screen directions.

Pay by Phone

• Call 1-800-2PayTax (1-800-272-9829) and follow the voice prompts. Please enter jurisdiction code 3959 if prompted.
