The Gad-Abouts is a group of Belmont seniors, ages 55 and older. They meet every Wednesday for day trips to museums, shopping, historic sites, and movies.

New members meet on the third Wed. 10am at the J. Paul Ford Recreation Center. There is no fee for in-city residents, but there is an annual fee of $20.00 for out-of-city participants.

Sr. Stretch (low impact aerobics)

Ages 55 and up.

Meets Tuesday and Thursday Mornings, 9:30-10:15 am.

Fee: None in-city, $10.00/month out-of-city

 Sr. Line Dance 

 Ages 55 and up.

Meets Tuesday and Thursday Mornings, 10:15-11:00 am.

Fee: None in-city, $10.00/month out-of-city 
($10.00 fee covers both Stretch and Line Dance Class)

AQUADUCKS (water aerobics): 

Ages 55 and up

Meets Mon., Wed. and Fri. Mornings, 9:45-10:45am at YMCA.  

Fee: $20.00/month in-city, $30.00/month out-of-city.
