Friday Night Live concerts are held every other Friday evening from May 18 until September 7. The concerts begin at 7 pm, but South Main Street is closed between the railroad tracks and Myrtle Street around 2 pm in order to set up for the event.The concerts are free and open to all, but there is a charge for food and drinks.

One new addition to the 2012 series is a special VIP parking area on Mill Street, behind Sammy's. This is the site where the old Belmont public works department was located. Various non-profit organziations will be working this parking lot, charging $5 cash for parking.
