Conditional Use Permit 2018.03 for 318 Julia Ave

Request to approve a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Section 5.4 (2)(4) of the Belmont Land Development Code, to authorize the subdivision of a .66 acre property into two parcels with lot widths less than the average within one block length or 300 feet.  The average lot width is 108 feet.  The applicant is proposing lot widths of 87.5 feet for each parcel.

This project is schedule for a public hearing on June 4, 2018 with the City Council.  The associated staff report can be found within the agenda center found under the "Government" tab.
